Terms of Service

By accessing or using ProfitPilot, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the Shopify store you connect and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

ProfitPilot is a Shopify-focused SaaS platform for profit analytics, COGS tracking, AI-powered insights, competitor monitoring, and downloadable reports. Features may evolve over time, and some features may depend on plan tier, usage limits, or third-party platform availability.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share access in a way that violates your subscribed plan or Shopify merchant authorization.

You may not use ProfitPilot to violate Shopify policies, scrape unauthorized data, reverse engineer the platform, interfere with service stability, transmit malicious code, or use the service in a way that breaches applicable law or the rights of others.

ProfitPilot, its software, design, content, trademarks, and generated dashboards remain the property of ProfitPilot and its licensors. You retain ownership of your store data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service during your subscription term.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. ProfitPilot uses read-only Shopify access where possible and processes store data to provide reports, analytics, and AI summaries.

ProfitPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to ProfitPilot during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay fees when due, or create risk for the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time by canceling your subscription and disconnecting your Shopify store.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
